How Do I Place An Order?
Online: Enjoy the convenience of placing an order directly on the CstoreFixture.com 24/7/365. Our shopping process is guaranteed to be secure and your information will be kept private. As you browse the site, simply enter the quantity desired and click the “Add to Cart” button to the right of any product you wish to purchase. When you are ready to place your order click on the “View Cart” link in the top menu. Then, click on “Proceed to Secure Checkout” and the shopping cart will guide you through the remaining steps.
Phone: You may call us at anytime to place an order by phone. To place and order by phone, please call us at (866) 630-2100. Next, we will email you an Invoice along with a link to make your payment by Credit Card, Debit Card or eCheck through our online payment portal. Your order will be processed once your payment has been received.
Mail: If you need to make a payment by check or money order, we are more than happy to accept orders by regular mail. Contact us to place your order by calling us at (866) 630-2100. Next, we will email you an Invoice. Then simply mail a copy of the invoice along with your payment to:

Do I Need An Account To Place An Order?
You do not need to create an account to place an order. You may checkout as a Guest. However, if you plan on placing multiple orders or frequent orders we recommend creating an account to avoid having to fill in billing and shipping information each time you place an order through our website.

Payments
When Will My Credit Card Be Charged?
Your credit card or eCheck payment will be processed immediately upon placing an order with us.
At times we may run out stock of a certain item and we may not know it until your order is processed. Since we will not process your order until your payment has been received it may be that we’ll have received payment for an item that is out of stock or backordered. In that situation, we will contact you and inform you of the estimated date you order will be in stock and at that time you may choose to wait for the product to come into stock or cancel your order with a full refund.

Do I Have To Pay Sales Tax?
Applicable sales tax will be applied to your order upon processing, but after you complete the online checkout. We collect sales tax on shipments as follows:
- All shipments into Florida are subject to a 7% sales tax.
- Shipments into CA, CT, DC, FL, IL, LA, MA, MD, PA, TN, VA, VT and WA will be subject to applicable sales tax based on city/county/state of delivery.

How Do I Determine Shipping Charges?
Shipping disclosures will be listed at the bottom of each product page. These disclosures will inform you of the shipping charges for the specific product(s).
If you have any questions about our shipping methods and policies or need a shipping quote, call us at (866) 630-2100. Please have the model number of the item(s) you are requesting pricing for.
When Will My Order Ship?
Most of the products we sell ship will usually arrive within 7 to 14 business days after an order is placed. Exceptions, such as custom items or non-stock items may take longer and will be noted in the description of each product.

How Do I Track My Order?
Once an order has been shipped, an email with a shipping tracking number and link to the shipping service’s website (if available) will be sent to you. Click on the shipping link in the email and enter the tracking number in the appropriate place. What If An Item Arrives Damaged?
While every effort is made in packing and correctly filling your order, occasions will arise where a package is lost or damaged in transit. To insure your order is received complete and undamaged, we recommend the following:
- Inspect the entire shipment for visible external damage prior to accepting the shipment, and note any damage on the delivery ticket/bill of lading before the delivery person leaves.
- Do not sign for or receive a package from a freight or parcel company with obvious external damage (i.e., crushed box, hole in box, etc) without reporting it to the driver and having them notate it on the Bill of Lading for record.
- Unpack your order immediately and inspect for hidden or concealed damage.
- Should any damage be discovered, retain the shipping carton and any inner packaging, request inspection immediately from the carrier as well as make a written request to the carrier. Hidden or concealed damage must be reported and an inspection requested within 5 days of delivery.
- Verify the number of packages delivered with the packing slip provided.
If damage is dicovered, contact TheCstoreEstore Customer Service toll free at (866) 630-2100 to inform us of the situation. Please have your order number, shipping information and tracking number ready to assist us in this process.
DAMAGE NOTICE: We do not own or control the companies that deliver our products. If items get damaged in route to the buyer, we will assist the buyer with handling the damage claim but we accept no responsibility for any part of the claims process or the results thereof. The buyer purchases our products at their own risk. It is the buyer’s responsibility to open the shipment and inspect items for concealed damage immediately upon receipt. All freight received damaged must be documented on the bill of lading in the presence of the delivery driver or else a freight damage claim will not be possible. Cademan Enterprises, LLC and TheCstoreEstore LLC are not responsible for shipping damage.
